In a fun, safe and supportive environment, Teen Insight I helps teens open their hearts, build confidence and discover the tools to become who they really are.
Through games, presentations, partner activities, small groups and guided imagery, you will have an opportunity to look at:
- Building confidence and happiness
- Communicating responsibly with others
- Taking personal accountability for your choices
- Handling peer pressure
- Making better choices
- Practicing judgment and forgiveness
- Trusting your inner wisdom

What to Expect
Teen Insight I is upbeat, fun and interactive. Through games, short presentations, partner activities, small groups and guided imagery, teens are gently invited to open up, build confidence and see themselves in a new light, all in a loving, respectful and supportive environment.
This program is designed for teens ages 14 to 18, and parent or guardian consent is required to attend. Many parents say their teen leaves more confident, more communicative and more accountable for their own choices.
