Insight III: The Centering in the Heart Seminar is an extraordinary seminar designed for people who want to bring forward a greater capacity to enjoy life, to be present in the moment, and to become more deeply centered in the heart regardless of situation, circumstances, or environment.

Over the course of five days in retreat, you will be supported in:

  • Developing the capacity to observe and respond to life's challenges with balance, compassion, and positive creativity
  • Learning a process for accessing, trusting, and acting on the guidance of your heart
  • Spontaneously centering in your peace and joy

Each participant receives individual attention, encouragement, and support. A simple yet profound experience, participants are guided to live their daily lives with a deeper connection to their true selves.

Seminar Focus:

  • Developing your ability as a neutral observer, giving you a new perspective regarding life’s challenges
  • Becoming aware of distractions in your life
  • Learning to listen to, and strengthen your attunement to your inner wisdom and intuition
  • Identifying judgments that you make, and how to forgive and move on
  • Living from the authentic self and learning how to trust and surrender to the process of life
