Paula Fernández Maestre

Paula is a Certified Public Accountant from the University of the Oriental Republic in Uruguay and holds a Graduate degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources from the University ORT in Uruguay.

Paula previously served as the Director of Insight Seminars Uruguay for 10 years and in 1997 becoming a certified facilitator for Insight Seminars. Paula now leads Insight I, II and III Seminars for adults, teens, and children.

In addition, Paula works as a process management and human resources consultant for SUMMIT Ltda., "Integral audience management".
