Jacques Giraud

Holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Simón Bolívar, and a graduate degree in Organizational Development and Training from the Catholic University of Andrés Bello (Venezuela).

Since 1994, Jacques has been a professional consultant on quality ISO 9000 systems, process management, organizational change, and system design and implementation in manufacturing and service companies throughout Latin America.

In 1997 and 1998 Jacques served as Associate Consultant for the World Bank on various organizational development and human resources projects, training more than 7,000 people in Latin America. Facilitating Insight Seminars for teenagers and adults since 1997, Jacques leads both Insight I and Insight II.

Jacques currently dedicates half of his time to Insight Seminars, and the rest to executive management consulting for Global Company Consult CGI, and to his community at the Cafe Ole Restaurant & Bakery in Caracas.
