Dale Kitchell has been involved with Insight Seminars for over 20 years in a variety of different capacities, supporting the global community.

As a facilitator, he combines his worldly experiences with his unique Australian perspective that provides a solid and supportive platform for learning and teaching for both youth and adults alike. Dale leads the Insight II Seminar and more recently co-facilitated the 12-month Leadership Program. Dale also designs and delivers a variety of themed group workshops. Now living in North Carolina with his wife Elaine, Dale is currently working on his first book, "And We'll See...". a collection of experiences and thoughts from traveling and working with many, many people from different countries, cultures and walks of life.

In addition to facilitating with Insight, Dale provides private consulting and coaching, delivering individually designed sessions with a focus in team-building, leadership, personal development and time management to individuals, organizations and businesses. Through the internet and technology, Dale connects with clients in the USA and internationally.

Dale partners his Australian education with his most recent studies, having completed a Masters program in Applied Psychology through the University of Santa Monica, USA. He is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and the Association of Experiential Education.
